I am delighting in the remastered One and Two from the Vaults (which sound fantastic!), and more or less ignoring Three until I'm done with the first two. On my way to and from the woods earlier today, I was enjoying the second set of 10-15-76--nice Music Never Stopped.

Hey Bill,
An excellent question, and one on which I planned to weigh in more formally in the next day or two. My simple answer is yes, at least for me.
Ever since rediscovering the GD in the digital, file-sharing era a few years back, I've longed for HDCD versions of 1ftv and 2ftv. I'm an analog chauvinist because I have never liked the inadequate resolution of 16-bit digital. I'm a devoted customer of GDP because they have been using HDCD to deliver 20-bit or 24-bit (IDK which) resolution ever since DP15, but 1ftv and 2ftv were released before that. So I've always listened to my copies in the car or sometimes at work, reserving the HDCD material for home listening.
Based just on listening today (yesterday my ears were still partly plugged from a cold earlier in the week), the new 1ftv and 2ftv sound like they've been remastered in 24-bit and scrubbed using the same sort of technology described in the 76 Cow Palace release. Compared to the original release (though I haven't done AB comparisons yet), I'd say it's night and day. Quality of 2ftv is comparable to the 69 Fillmore West set, or better. Quality of 1ftv is comparable to 76 Cow Palace, without the Cow Palace ambiance. What a joy to hear the TOO>NPC on 2ftv and HotW>SK>FT on 1ftv the way I've always dreamed of them!
But the big caveat here is I'm listening on something like $20K of audio equipment, using a 24-bit sound card and HDCD decoding through WMP. I couldn't say how much different it would sound at 16-bit resolution through a typical CD player.

It occurred to me after writing that detailed answer that it all boils down to: if you have the Fillmore 69 recordings, and if there's enough difference in sound for you between the original 2ftv release and the Fillmore 69 that it's worth upgrading the 2ftv to get that difference, then do it.
